Former SC police chief pleads guilty to robbing Pawleys Island bank, his second bank heist

"Richard Inman, 52, of Fountain Inn pled guilty on Sept. 7 to entering a bank with the intent to steal and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Steven John to five years in prison followed by five years of probation, according to assistant solicitor Keith Powell, who prosecuted the case for the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office."
